Our Story

Designed from the inside of hospital care

HMS exists because hospital software shouldn't be the hardest part of patient care.

As a junior doctor, I kept asking "why?" Why do I have to handwrite a referral and physically carry it across a massive hospital? Why am I writing prescriptions on paper when the patient is just going to our in-hospital pharmacy? Why am I copying drug names onto treatment sheets that someone else will transcribe again?

Why am I drawing seizure charts, stool charts, and turning charts by hand? Why do I need to walk to the ward office just to ask if there's a bed available? Every "why" was time stolen from patient care — time spent on paperwork that software should have handled.

So I started building HMS — a system designed around clinical workflows, not data entry. Where completing a consultation means following a guided flow, not navigating between scattered pages. Where patient context is always visible. Where the software works with you, not against you.

HMS is still early, but the vision is clear: clinical software that respects your time and helps you focus on what matters — your patients.

What guides us

Clinician-First

Every feature starts with "how does this help the clinician?" Not "how do we capture this data?"

Thoughtful Engineering

Performance, security, and reliability aren't afterthoughts. They're built into every decision.

Honest & Direct

No fake testimonials or inflated claims. HMS is early-stage, and we're upfront about that.
